Successful un-hosted B&B with room for improvement online.
In 2008, friends Diane and Lisa opened an un-hosted bed and breakfast in Rocheport, Missouri, calling in Girls Nite Inn. By 2015, business was still going strong on-site, but online the girls were still relying on a flash-based website that featured outdated content and limited functionality. Booking the house still required a phone call to Diane, and you had to be on a certain browser to be able to view the sometimes-up-to-date availability calendar.
Knowing that the impression guests and potential guests had of the house from their web presence was not at all an accurate reflection of the actual experience, we were able to work together to develop a completely refreshed visual brand and streamline the entire booking process for both guests and owners.
